Maggiano's Little Italy Restaurant Review: Towering columns and scores of black-and-white photos of Little Italy on the walls define this colossal dining room. Upstairs equally spacious private rooms are used for company affairs and sometimes bachelor or rehearsal dinners. The menu has honed in on the single diner option rather than the massive portions that used to dominate the offerings, but those are still available and still popular for feeding a gang. The mile-high lasagna has gotten much better since we last tasted it. For side dishes (serving several patrons), look for sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes. Gluten-free options are offered on all Maggiano’s menus. Tiramisu is downright irresistible. Decent, reasonably priced wines, with many by the glass, complete the scenario. This location also has a bakery and take-out.
