Maison Hache Restaurant Review:

Maison Hache offers a restaurant featuring the local cuisine of the South of France, as well as four guest rooms (including two suites). Order à la carte dishes or select one of the tasting menus. Chef Christopher Hache was previously the chef at L'Écrin and Les Ambassadeurs at Hôtel de Crillon in Paris. He has followed from a young age his chef-father's steps, continued his education in culinary colleges (Lycée Escoffier), and apprenticed with the best toques of Paris, working under Alain Senderens, Eric Fréchon (Le Bristol) and Régis Marcon.
