Majolica Restaurant Review

: Chef Andrew Deery learned French technique at Savona, and he takes a meticulous approach to everything he does, from stocks to desserts to presentation. Deery has retooled the menu at this restaurant an hour west of Center City: prices are lower, with entrées in the $16 to $24 range. The bill of fare changes frequently, but hope to visit when he prepares dishes such as steak frites with house butter and monkfish stew with chorizo, calamari and fennel as well as all manner of fancy flatbreads. House-made desserts are irresistible, including a fennel panna cotta with roasted strawberries and aged balsamic. Bring your absolute best wine, because this food deserves it. Splurge on a tasting menu, six courses for $55 or eight for $75.

We LOVE to try new restaurants and in the three years we've been in PA - tonight we have a new favorite! MAJOLICA! The food was outstanding and we liked the decor with the abstract art. We'll definitely be back! :D
