Chef David Chang of Momofuku fame has opened a restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. Majordomo is an original culinary concept inspired by California produce and the diversity of LA's food scene. Expect dishes like cured kampachi with apple and dashi; macaroni and chickpea with black truffle; and boneless chuck short rib braised with Asian pear and daikon, served with rice cake, potato and melted raclette.
