Makom Shel Basar Restaurant Review

: Proprietor Nini Nof is as meticulously intense in operating this steakhouse as he was during his twelve years as a baker and an owner of bakeries in both Los Angeles and Tel Aviv. When he noticed the need for a classic American-style steakhouse in Tel Aviv, he was motivated to open one with high standards. Mahogany shelves and plush leather benches mark the interior. A butcher room and an aging room attest to the quality of the meats, which have a deep and bold flavor, each cut of beef optimally aged. The menu also includes classics like a wedge salad, creamy spinach and onion rings. Makom Shel Basar is not only dedicated to quality meats, but it also prides itself on its wine collection stored in steel cooling rooms.
