| Opt for seating on the charming, vine-covered patio among the herb garden, or get comfortable in one of the small, inviting dining rooms in this neighborhood restaurant where there’s usually a wait. Meal starters are a toss-up between the authentic Sicilian asparagus patties or artichoke fritters filled with goat cheese and served with a lemon aïoli. While we also suggest the veal Marsala, it’s the misto mare we crave with its abundance of shrimp, mussels, scallops and crab simmered in spicy tomato sauce and served over long strands of linguine. Dessert is a no-brainer---it has to be the house-made ricotta cake with berries. Oh mama, what a meal. |
