Mandarin Court Restaurant Review: Located on one of most touristy blocks in Chinatown, this sparingly decorated restaurant is popular with diners who can't tell a spring roll from an egg roll, as well as with demanding dim sum aficionados. The steamed spare-ribs with black bean sauce and taro cake are especially good. And dim sum is not just a weekend delight. It's served from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily. There are also good lunch specials and a dinner menu boasting such tasty surprises as steamed roast pork buns or sizzling oysters with ginger and scallions. |
