THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Mandarin Deli Restaurant Review:
Very good, authentic Chinese can be had here, ordered off a menu of colorful photos depicting the dishes. The pan-fried dumplings come to your table still steaming and are best eaten flavored with a bit of hot chili oil and a splash of white vinegar. There are also boiled-fish and pork dumplings. The savory noodle soups work especially well if coupled with the Mandarin-style cold noodles, which are bathed in a richly spiced sesame sauce. This branch, unlike the Chinatown original, boasts comfortable booths and an attempt at a décor, and also takes major credit cards.
