| Marc Pindar has a passion for cooking his favorite dishes that return patrons enjoy so much, like the mulard duck terrine, or the small cuttlefish in a parsley and garlic sauce. Food tastes correct and straightforward without frills; this is apparent in the mullet in a lemon butter sauce, and in the wood pigeon in two styles. The wine list is short but well chosen. |
