Mariscos Mazatlan Restaurant Review: Enjoy Mexican seafood prepared Mazatlan-style in a palapa restaurant overflowing with festive colors and mounted game-fish décor. Shrimp comes prepared in a dozen incarnations, including with garlic and grilled Baja-style. The fish stuffed with seafood and a (rich) cheese sauce may be ordered empanizada (breaded and fried), in tacos, in seafood combos, grilled, or baked with traditional red sauce or Veracruz (green) sauce. National beers, wine, cocktails and grande margaritas made with seasonal fruits are available. Desserts are basic: flan, cheesecake, etc. Mariachis make the rounds providing entertainment for the locals and tourists.
