MARK’S RESTAURANT IS CURRENTLY CLOSED. The intimate Mark Hotel and its luxurious restaurant are suitably complementary. From the hotel's cosseting service, you step into a setting reminiscent of a private London dinner club, with contemporary dishes with hints of Mediterranean and Asian influences. The menu changes weekly. Among the dinner options you may find medallions of lobster with mild red curry-coconut broth; scallop-crusted filet of halibut with citrus, mushrooms and a light whole-grain mustard sauce; and seared loin of lamb with a cinnamon voyage sauce and mushroom ragoût. Desserts include a white chocolate cake with Cointreau champagne grapes, and iced hazelnut nougat with raspberry coulis and sorbet. A tasting menu is available for the entire table and menu selections are at the chef's discretion. An excellent wine selection is overseen by master sommelier Richard Dean.
