The Marlow’s Taverns are owned by a chef-driven organization, so the individual units, while sharing a common menu, often may steer just slightly outside the box to develop their own specials. The menu changes often, as a result of the ownership's chef philosophy. But you may count on ample portions of all dishes, and fresh ingredients from stem to stern for sandwiches, salads and burgers, as well as mains. Starters may be easily shared, and the burgers are made with such high-quality meat you might be tempted to order one rare. Brunch offers an omelet and carving stations plus crab cakes Benedict and pancakes.
