Find the truck on Mondays at the University of Hawaii Maui College Campus 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; Wednesdays at Wailuku Banyan Tree Park (Market St.) 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; and Fridays at 137 Kaahumanu Ave. 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
