Maya Grill Restaurant Review: Maya Grill has a Mexican theme to match the hotel, but the menu is more mainstream than Latino. Breakfast time offers pretty standard breakfast-brunch fare, such as oatmeal, granola and omelets as well as a brunch burger, a smoked salmon bagel and huevos rancheros. For dinner, appetizers include Latin-fusion items like Gulf shrimp cocktail with spicy aïoli, a stuffed portobello mushroom with jack cheese and passion fruit dip, and pulled pork empanadas. Main courses run the gamut as well, from a Peruvian-style pork stir-fry served on steak fries and rocoto sauce and pan-seared snapper with cilantro risotto to steak and mushroom skewers and salmon ala plancha.
