This family-style restaurant is one of the best Hong Kong-style venues in the city. Some of the reasons why: standout dishes of minced squab, shrimp accompanied by fried milk (cubes of milk curd that are crisp outside and barely set inside) and roast chicken. Sushi-style fish is served over a plastic-wrapped bed of ice and with an interesting spicy soy sauce dip.
