McCormick & Schmick's Restaurant Review: This branch of the West Coast seafood chain appeals to tourists and locals alike, who gather for some of the cheapest happy hour bites in town. Snack on spinach dip, a half-pound cheeseburger, buffalo wings and seafood cakes and you won't want dinner. In the dining room, waitstaff deliver dishes with pomp --- the formulaic steakhouse routine suits the place, as does a menu printed daily to accommodate the catch of the day. Start off with blue crab, bay shrimp and artichoke dip or crispy buttermilk fried oysters before moving on to a sashimi combination platter or crab tower. Seafood specialties are best paired up with a crisp glass of Pinot Grigio and include some unique finds, like Chilean sea bass and Parmesan crusted flounder. There is also a good selection of steaks and poultry, including a 22-ounce bone-in cowboy cut and roasted maple brined chicken.
