 This is one good-looking seafood house with lots of elbow room, a forest of mahogany and a wealth of brass and glass. (Ask for a private booth.) Just two blocks off Michigan Avenue, the location is prime for tourists and business people alike. The seafood selection is most impressive, with daily specials sometimes changing hourly---be it tilapia from Costa Rica or scarlet snapper from Key West. Fresh oysters are pristine, clam chowder is first-rate. We often lean toward the lemon sole or the beer-battered cod. For dessert, the strawberry-rhubarb crisp is pure contentment. Other Chicagoland locations are on Wacker Drive and in Oak Brook, Rosemont and Skokie.
