In the evening, diners might begin with panzanella salad, grilled calamari with mustard vinaigrette, or traditional arancini (cheese-filled crispy rice balls) before moving on to pastas, then steaks or Moroccan-spiced lamb chops finished in the wood-burning oven. Finales include panettone bread pudding and an apple-cranberry crisp.
