THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Medizona Restaurant Review: Chef-owner Konstantin Mescheryakov oversees the Mediterranean-inspired Southwestern menu: blackened shrimp with white bean hummus, mango-olive salsa and charbroiled tomatillo sauce and an achiote-rubbed pan-fried salmon with crayfish corn risotto and morel mushroom-baby clam sauce. A prickly pear tiramisu with Turkish coffee-pistachio sauce; chocolate flourless cake with caramelized bananas, peanuts and marshmallow foam; or halvah crème brûlée finishes your meal at this charming restaurant. The restaurant has nearly doubled in size and both a private room and tiny patio have been created.
