You may choose wet or dry ribs at Memphis, though they may not be consistently meaty. (The dry ribs are nicely seasoned.) Good sides are the seasoned fries and barbecued beans. You'll also find barbecued pizzas, burritos, chicken and beef. If you like your calories from chocolate, hold out for the Tennessee Mudd, made of Oreo cookies and chocolate pudding. The décor is meant to conjure up images of Elvis in his heyday or those of a Southern country store.
