The seasonal New American menu includes starters like braised short ribs and escargots. Main courses range from a seared magret duck breast to a Montreal hanger steak. Desserts, too, showcase the season's bounty: the lemon curd tart and the warm peaches with vanilla cream bread pudding take the best yields from the harvest. The reasonably priced wine list consists of varietals that pair well with the menu.
