Carrburritos specializes in freshly made tortillas and made-from-scratch salsas. A toasted corn aroma imbues this lively eatery with an intoxicating fragrance promising good things to come. Delectable tacos, tostados and enormous burritos with fillings that include beef or pork carne deshebrada (both oven-roasted, tender, well-seasoned and juicy) are available at the tempting buffet. We also like the seafood --- spicy fresh fish ceviche and pescado asado tacos. Vegans and vegetarians will enjoy such filling choices as grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes with caramelized onions. The salsa and guacamole assortment is impressive, and the margaritas are the real thing. Brownies and flan are among the house-made desserts. Umbrella-covered tables in the colorful courtyard are the best in the house for dining in nice weather.
