Desnuda Restaurant Review:

Owned by the same team that mans the Bourgeois Pig down the street (in fact, it’s where the original Bourgeois Pig was located), Desnuda is a small ceviche bar that also features a fine selection of wines from around the globe (with an emphasis on Spanish varietals, of course). However, if you want much more to eat beyond raw fish marinated in citrus or the occasional oyster, you’re out of luck (unless you count the truffled popcorn and ancho chili chocolate chips they offer at the bar). Still, there are plenty of ceviches from which to choose: De Vieras, with seared sea scallops and a soy citrus glaze; and De Mango, with salmon marinated in a mango and spicy aji amarillo purée. It’s also a steal for bargain hunters: come Saturday at midnight, you can have as much fish as you want (until they run out) if you order over $30 worth of wine.
