Estragon Restaurant Review:

Julio de Haro's taperia, an airy, lace-curtained Art Deco space, offers an interesting, mostly Spanish wine list and an array of sophisticated tapas. Share some nibbles like chorizo, smoked salmon or grilled skirt steak pintxos (tapas on toast). We like the sautéed garlic shrimp and littleneck clams with Serrano ham. The spacious bar area includes some lounge-style seating plus plenty of standing room for folks who prefer to stroll about cocktail party-style while they drink with one hand and eat with the other. Service is usually relaxed and enthusiastic. During happy hour, you can find deals on calamari, salt cod croquettes, blistered shishito peppers and more.
