The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe Restaurant Review:

Playful names and sometimes wild and unlikely ingredients help make this storefront eatery in downtown Redlands a destination for Inland Empire pizza lovers. The vast menu --- there are more than 60 pizzas --- includes names like Tequila Sunrise, Saucy Sicilian, Zorba's Fancy, Jimmy Dean and Annie Oakley. Expect toppings such as refried beans, cashews, sesame seeds, scrambled eggs, angel hair pasta and Alfredo sauce. The Wild Mayan is topped with peanut butter, mozzarella, red onions, bacon and hot sauce, while the Mini Pearl features fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mozzarella and gravy. There's even a section of the menu devoted to dessert pizzas. The Bart Simpson, for instance, features peanut butter, raspberry jelly, chocolate chips, Jack cheese, cinnamon and honey.
