Offering breakfast and lunch daily and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, the Lobby Lounge is an elegant setting with a casual vibe, ideal for snacking while soaking up the views of the hotel's waterfall and gardens. Sitting on comfortable couches or armchairs beneath a massive crystal chandelier, diners may enjoy items like malted Belgian waffles, a vegetable frittata, homemade granola, and smoked salmon from Santa Barbara for breakfast. During lunch hours, there are ample salads such as watercress and endive with pear and Yukon potatoes topped with a tender confit of Sonoma duck leg, alongside a solid burger finished with bacon, and a rock shrimp and chorizo tagliatelle. At dinner, one can expect brick-flattened chicken with grits, and a "cubano"-style sandwich with braised pork and Jarlsberg.
