The menu, like the buffet itself, meshes North and South dishes and flavors, so if you are a newcomer to the cuisine, sample a masala dosa (a wrapped pancake) and pair that with a piping-hot grilled lamb kebab dish. Kids are not forgotten, though why on earth any would select chicken fingers with so many wonders at their disposal is a mystery. Desserts are few, but include the expected mango kulfi and ras malai.
