Momofuku Noodle Bar Restaurant Review:

East Villagers willingly wait in line at David Chang’s Momofuku Noodle Bar. The interior includes two bars and communal tables in order to really pack them in. Blonde wood and sharp angles predominate. On the menu you’ll find ramen (the thing that made the original Momofuku so popular at the outset), in several guises including smoked pork ramen, garlic chicken ramen and black winter truffle ramen. There are also buns (seared shrimp with spicy mayo; hoisin pork belly; beef katsu with cheddar and white bbq) and a few large plates such as beef brisket. To top it all off, there’s even soft-serve ice cream cones for dessert. Note that the restaurant does not take reservations except for the fried chicken meals. Also located at The Shops at Columbus Circle, 10 Columbus Circle, New York.
