The Normandie Club at Hotel Normandie in Koreatown is a joint venture from Proprietors LLC (Death & Co., Honeycut) and 213 Nightlife (The Varnish, Seven Grand, etc.). Expect new takes on classic cocktails, such as an Old Fashioned made with coconut Bourbon, apple brandy, spiced almond Demerara and Angostura bitters.
