This comfortable downtown Plymouth restaurant is a fixture where locals have met over omelets, pancakes and waffles, or salads and sandwiches, since 1990. But the primary draw is the breakfasts. Create your own omelet or choose from preordained versions like traditional ham and cheese or the more adventurous Greek with gyro meat, feta cheese, bell peppers and onions. There’s even a take stuffed with corned beef and Swiss cheese. Generous Belgian-style waffles come with a choice of toppings. Good as they may be, it's hard to pass up the pecan pancakes or the banana berry filled waffle. Milk is from Guernsey Farms. Later arrivals might choose the Springer Brothers' chili or the Plymouth special sandwich, breaded chicken strips with cheese, diced tomato, lettuce and mayo in a pita.
