Otto's Tacos Restaurant Review:
The West Village outpost of Otto’s, a Los Angeles-style taqueria, offers tacos in the usual chicken, carne asada and carnitas, as well as mushroom, varieties. But what trumps everything are the tortillas, which are made to order. The corn tortillas are thick, chewy and flavorful. Don’t forget to order some masa fries, made with the same material as the tortillas. Also located at 141 Second Ave., 646-678-4018.
