Prime at Saratoga National Restaurant Review:

A sister restaurant to local dining mogul Angelo Mazzone’s 677 Prime in Albany, this high-end steakhouse features not only big cuts of Prime beef but some interesting alternatives, too. Try the Pinot Noir-glazed sea bass or the Old No. 7 pork chop glazed with Jack Daniel’s and served with seasonal vegetables. Not to be missed is the occasional appetizer special, the foie gras panini. More of a stack than a sandwich, warm toast is smeared with fig jam and topped with warm Brie, seared foie gras and peppery microgreens. Leave room for dessert. The offerings are homemade and the portions are enormous. The wine list covers the globe and fine wooden lockers are available, for a hefty fee, to frequent diners who like to keep a little private cellar nearby.
