Chef Roger Freedman's Roadhouse Pub & Eatery, located between downtown Jackson Hole and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, offers an eclectic menu composed of snacks, salads, soups, sandwiches, entrées and dessert. Start with the crunchy Caesar salad or Roger’s Famous Clam Chowder. You can also find a shrimp po’ boy, carnitas tacos with house-pickled spicy vegetables and Mexican rice, and a grilled bavette steak with chimichurri purée. A mini ice cream sandwich duo may end the meal. The Roadhouse brewery is housed under the same roof, but there's a range of house cocktails and wine as well.
