Rainforest Cafe Restaurant Review:

No one is here for the food; they’re here for the smoking volcano, the jungle-size butterflies, the enormous aquariums and the life-size animatronic animals. The wait can be painfully long, but you can wander in the shops at Disney Springs until your table is ready. The food sounds better than it tastes and portions are huge, so plan on sharing entrées like the fried shrimp with coleslaw and fries. We can't strongly recommend any dish; the food's not good or bad, just mediocre. But do your kids a favor and sit back and enjoy the stimulating atmosphere: occasional lightning and thunder, real parrots and animated gorillas, elephants and bats. It's dark and cool in the cavernous dining room, so consider it a nice respite.
