This clubby, handsome establishment is a favorite for off-the-floor political bargaining during the legislative session and a year-round destination for steak aficionados. The rib-eye is a dry-aged beauty with a nicely charred exterior, and the succulent Black Angus prime rib is slow roasted all day. Also noteworthy is the fondue blended with amber ale, and burgers ranging from prime rib to lamb with feta.
