Rossini's Restaurant Review:

Northern Italian fare is served in an elegant and welcoming environment at this family-owned restaurant. Wall-to-wall carpeting sporting festive colors and patterns, rich reds and warm beiges, as well as classic-themed paintings sum up the décor. Try the eggplant stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella and the zuppa di cozze, mussels cooked in a white wine broth. Then choose the vitello a la Rossini, the restaurant's own recipe of veal scallopine sautéed in a mushroom wine sauce with prosciutto and onion. Also very good is the ravioli a la vodka that substitutes the usual penne in a creamy vodka sauce. End the meal on a traditional Italian note with creamy cannolis.
