Hidden away in a nondescript shopping center in Redwood City, Sancho's cooks up some of the best fish tacos in the area. Unlike spots that try to get too fancy with their fish tacos, Sancho's keeps things straightforward and simple. The kitchen takes fresh, lightly battered red snapper, adds a slightly piquant chipotle dressing and then wraps it up in a griddled flour tortilla. The taqueria also offers the regular assortment of chicken, beef and pork tacos and burritos, which come in an array of different preparations.
