Chef Umberto Pala offers authentic northern Italian cuisine from his native region of Lombardy, Italy. Vin Santo is charming and high energy, with good service and tantalizing dishes such as fritto misto "alla Mikele" --- lightly fried calamari, shrimp, broccoli and zucchini served with three sauces. Pala's cioppino and local wild boar over spaghetti are hearty favorites. Don't miss the house-made ravioli and gnocchi or the moist and flavorful meatballs.
