The dynamic duo behind the American bistros Red Cat and the Harrison (Danny Abrams and chef Jimmy Bradley) make a splash in the East Village with their seafood hot-spot. But don't expect another lobster roll shack. The menu takes cues from around the world---roasted hake with porcini breadcrumbs or a sautéed skate wing with cauliflower purée. The restaurant offers a $15-only markup on all wines---but if you were hoping for $40 bottles for $50, you may be disappointed (the choices run more to $10 for $20).
