Flowing curtains hang from tall ceilings to make diaphanous separations between booths. Make no mistake: this is a place to see and be seen, and you can enjoy some creative dishes in the meantime. Start off with the prosciutto-wrapped sea scallops, saffron risotto, and micro greens with blood orange-truffle emulsion. Among entrées, consider the Atlantic salmon with lobster mashed potatoes, French green beans and sherry-soy sauce or red skin-potato ravioli with chorizo, baby spinach and tomato and truffle emulsion. Five truffles are just the right (and decadent) ending to a meal; you may also opt for a wine pairing. A lounge features music, food and topnotch martinis.
