THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Made-to-order sandwiches are easy to find, but finding one on bread that the establishment also bakes in-house is another order of business altogether. Such is the case at Metanoya. While the signature bread is a broccoli-cheese cornbread that's fluffy and delicious---a piece of it accompanies nearly every order---the hearty seven grain bread with sunflower seeds is worthy material. We chose it to enclose the five cheeses in a grilled cheese sandwich, again at a superior level of sandwich-making---delightful. (Our only complaint is placing the warm cut sandwich on paper causes the melted cheese to tear the paper.) Side salads are good companions for these two-handers, which may (most of them) be ordered as half sandwiches. Kids have their own sandwich menu. Coffee's great, including the decaf.
