Metropole Restaurant Review

: Food turned out of a wood-burning fireplace takes center stage at this American restaurant in the 21c Museum Hotel. The seasonal menu from executive chef Michael Paley may include celery root and oyster soup; wood-roasted Hampshire pork chop; and whole-grilled branzino. “Vegetables & grains” suggest an ember “baked” potato or perhaps quinoa fritters. Finish with the chocolate rum cake or citrus almond tart.
