Dining room at Mi Casa by José Andrés, Dorado, puerto-rico

Mi Casa by José Andrés Restaurant Review

: Mi Casa by José Andrés at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve features Spanish cuisine influenced by Puerto Rican ingredients. At breakfast, diners can enjoy fried eggs “like José’s mother made” with sautéed rice, crispy bacon, caramelized banana and tomato sauce. Dinner starters include Ibérico ham with fresh tomato bread; traditional chicken and béchamel fritters; and marinated mussels with Sherry dressing, tomatoes, cucumber and green bell peppers. Continue with larger plates like traditional Puerto Rican rice stew. Another option is to order José’s Tapas Experience Menu, which includes 11 dishes for $85 per person.
