Mi Casa by José Andrés Restaurant Review: Mi Casa by José Andrés at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve features Spanish cuisine influenced by Puerto Rican ingredients. At breakfast, diners can enjoy fried eggs “like José’s mother made” with sautéed rice, crispy bacon, caramelized banana and tomato sauce. Dinner starters include Ibérico ham with fresh tomato bread; traditional chicken and béchamel fritters; and marinated mussels with Sherry dressing, tomatoes, cucumber and green bell peppers.
