Midwest Grill Restaurant Review: The décor alone reveals that meat rules at this Brazilian churrasco rodizio (literally, rotating barbecue) near Inman Square. When you order the rodizio, which most people do, meats from a dozen or so slowly turning spits will be pulled from the rotisserie, carried to your table and carved right onto your plate --- as much as you want of whatever you want: beef sirloin, pork loin, lamb, chicken breast, Brazilian sausage --- even chicken hearts. Two self-serve buffets --- one hot, one cold --- also await, laden with sides; a small non-rodizio menu is offered as well. There’s live samba some nights, which goes great with a caipirinha, the national cocktail of Brazil. |
