Country & Western music sets the scene, and assorted pig statuary convinces folks that this place is about good, old-fashioned country barbecue. The ribs are offered only three days a week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) but are arguably the best in town---although this tiny place is actually way out in the 'burbs and not in town at all. In truth, the hickory grill is actually an outdoors setup, leaving the kitchen space for whipping up the beans, toasting the rolls, and assembling the meals before they get passed out through the kitchen window. The menu is simple: just barbecue stuff such as burgers, fries, pulled pork, hot dogs and smoked chicken.
