Miguel's Restaurant Review: Miguel's offers a creative menu based on longtime family recipes with options ranging from Kobe beef fajitas to popular Tex-Mex entrées. Carnitas de puerco, for example, is a build-your-own feast featuring pork simmered for two hours in its own juices, then lightly fried and served with guacamole, sour cream, pinto bean soup, tortillas and pico de gallo. Seafood makes a big splash --- choose from shrimp or crab enchiladas, plus various preparations of crab legs or lobster tails. Or try the Ixtapa --- a combination of lobster tails and fajitas. For traditionalists, though, the menu includes homemade tamales and enchiladas. For dessert, consider an authentic Mexican treat: Mexican coffee, rich Godiva chocolate liqueur and crème de cacao topped with whipped cream.
