Mix-and-match seafood dishes in huge quantities summarize the style at Mike Anderson's, a small regional chain owned by a former football player which blazes no new trails with either the menu or the décor. Standard frying, grilling and broiling methods are used with catfish and drum, shrimp, crab claws, crawfish and oysters. Crawfish bisque and gumbo are adequate at best, and the turtle soup is a victim of spice-rack overreach.
