THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED A Milano Italian Grill Restaurant Review:

This space has seen so many ghosts of restaurants past it's starting to get spooky. It was Brasserie T (Tramonto and Gand). Then it became MK North (Michael Kornick of MK fame). Now it is A Milano (with Michael Kornick still involved). You won't find any architectural candy around here. Actually the room is depressing. Bad lighting, ugly chandeliers (hanging from aged wood beams, which is so incongruous in style it bombs). The all Italian menu features some dishes that are interesting, some that are very good, and some that are yawners. Stick with the pasta dishes (penne with rapini is excellent) or the salumi assortment (cured meats nicely presented). Service is good, and the bar area (with live entertainment on the weekends) is groovy.
