Chicago's sweet and slightly spicy condiment known as "mild sauce" has hit the West Coast, thanks to entrepreneurial partners Kenneth Caldwell and Apryl Correa. Their Los Angeles restaurant, appropriately named Mild Sauce, serves up fried chicken, catfish and jumbo fried shrimp along with sides of ranch-seasoned fries, coleslaw and fried okra.
