The Mill Restaurant Review

: Sleek and sophisticated even after all these years, The Mill offers creative dishes such as its signature lobster potpie topped with buttery puff pastry; and asparagus-stuffed rack of lamb with creamy potato au gratin and Swiss chard finished with a heady rosemary demi-glace. End the meal with a slice of classic cheesecake served with blueberry crème anglaise. The wine list is well suited to the fare. If you are lucky enough to be seated near a window on the lake, linger over coffee and watch the swans swim by. Service is professional.

The Mill at Spring Lake Heights
by DONNA on Sun Oct 25, 2009 1:38 pm

Had dinner at The Mill with my husband on October 17th; first time back since they opened for dinner again after about a year. What an improvement! The food was fabulous, presentation was exceptional and the wait staff was attentive, but still refining their skills. Great lakeside setting and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality. It is definitely still a great secret before the word spreads and the crowds build. Definitely worth a return trip.
