The Mill Restaurant Review: Sleek and sophisticated even after all these years, The Mill offers an appealing menu of creative dishes, such as its signature lobster potpie filled with lobster in a vegetable lobster sauce and topped with buttery puff pastry; and asparagus-stuffed rack of lamb with grilled fig and scallion couscous, dressed with rosemary au jus. Finish the meal with raspberry chocolate layer cake. Service is polished and the wine list suited to the fare. If you are lucky enough to be seated near a window on the lake, linger over coffee and watch the ducks swim by.
