The Mill Restaurant Review: Sleek and sophisticated even after all these years, The Mill offers creative dishes such as its signature lobster potpie topped with buttery puff pastry; and asparagus-stuffed rack of lamb with creamy potato au gratin and Swiss chard finished with a heady rosemary demi-glace. End the meal with a slice of classic cheesecake served with blueberry crème anglaise. The wine list is well suited to the fare. If you are lucky enough to be seated near a window on the lake, linger over coffee and watch the swans swim by. Service is professional.
